Health Care Penalties Still in Place

You still can be penalized if you don’t have health insurance.  Here are the facts:

Nearly every taxpayer will receive a Form 1095 that serves as proof of insurance.   The difference between 1095-A, 1095-B, and 1095-C are very important to us.   The one that is the most important is if you receive a 1095-A, it has to be reported on your tax return because you may due additional Premium Tax Credit or owe some of your Premium Tax Credit back from your Obama Care plan.   The IRS will hold up your refund if you do not include this information with your return.
